Denise is a great counsellor who actively listens. She has helped me examine my own thoughts and feelings logically and realise the impact and alternatives. I wouldn't have been able to work through it without her.

I’ve been going to her regularly since last year My circumstances over many years of a narcissist partner meant at end I needed professional help I was recommended to Denise by a friend . My sessions have helped me so much over the months Denise is teaching me the tools that I need to deal with my anxiety as it comes up We talk about all , I now feel so much better / calmer / able to deal with anxiety.
