My C63 was recently in with GCS for some repair work, the workmanship is impeccable the issue with the car has been resolved and at a fraction of the cost from a main dealer. I was updated along the way of how the work is being completed and time frames this would take. Superb customer service as most garages etc won’t call back or go round in circles about what’s wrong and how long it will take. Cannot recommend these guys enough will be using them again. 5stars do not hesitate to take your vehicle to GCS.

Dave exceeded my expectations. He came to pick the car cos I had difficulties dropping it and then drop it back to my place. He detected the issues quickly and called me to suggest and discuss the options.All the staff are friendly, competent, and helpful. Never had such a pleasant experience regarding my Mercedes before. Highly recommended!

Excellent service that exceeds any work provided by many substandard main dealership. A main dealership sold me a car without working automatic stop start and fobbed me off with software update. The guy at German Autos immediately found the problem and fixed it effectively at a cost effective price with genuine parts and excellent customer service. Excellent service, definitely give Dave a call. Gave him the job of removing my C63 AMG engine, very fairly priced, kept me updated through the job, carried the work out well, did the job when he said and within the time he advised it would take, and helped me unload and load my car back on to the recovery lorry. Have used plenty of car garages being very in to my cars, and his is by far some of the best service I have received. Highly, highly recommend.
