My dog and I love Dawns Heath. All the staff are lovely and I leave my dog in good hands

Absolutely fantastic team here! They looked after our cat on a long term stay while we were in between homes and they really looked after her and did so much to support and accommodate us even at short notice with extensions. Would highly recommend!

Our 2 dogs stayed at Daws Heath Boarding Kennels for 8 days during our wedding and honeymoon. This was the first time they had stayed at any kennel and we were quite nervous to leave them to say the least. We were greeted by the team who were very friendly and playful with Teddy and Honey. We received many updates, photos and videos throughout their stay. They were given walks throughout everyday, given toys and affection! Ted and Honey seems to have loved their stay at Daws Heath and we will 100% be using them whenever we are away. Doggy Daycare session pending… Thank you so much to everyone that looked after our 2 kids!!

Staff are wonderful. I nearly didnt go on holiday as my cocker spaniel injured himself 3 days beforehand. After lots of reassurance, we did go and they administered his medicine, cared for his wound and updated me. He was almost healed on my return. When they brought him out he was making as much of a fuss of them as me! Wont hesitate to use again.

The girl booking my dog in was rude and wouldn’t look at me when I was talking to her with regards to my dog needing daily meds. When we picked him up after two days he looked petrified he was starving hungry and had kennel cough despite being vaccinated fully and against kennel cough. Never again. And we over paid what we was told when we booked him in.

We looked around at a few places before here was recommended to us, I went for a view and while waiting I could see behind the scenes and liked how the staff were with the dogs,The staff are really friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble for them and they answered all my questions. Teddy went for a day stay, came out happy and exhausted, and loved it. We picked him up after a 12 night stay, and he came out happy and full of life. I will definitely be using them again and will highly recommend them to everyone. Top service

Nikita has been staying at Daws for the past 7 years when required and she has been looked after by the wonderful staff who are always so very friendly to pets & owners very clean well kept kennel it is highly recommend to everyone

They did loose my 2 dogs collors, but I won't hold it against them, they looked after my 2 best friends for 2 weeks while we went on holiday, quality
