The only Hairdressers I go to. Lili & Will are amazing!! Expert cutting & everyone is so friendly. Love the atmosphere there

Will is really great. Always have to book in advance as he always booked up. When i call up they say they have another stylish available but i well not use anyone else apart from will. I have just landed and came straight to the salon as that's the only available appointment when I called up. As he's fully booked again for weeks and i can't wait that long or use anyone else. Will dose a great job with my hair like always when he does my hair.

Just been to Taylors Rayleigh and thought I'd add a comment. Will is a fabulous first class hairdresser and I've walked out yet again with a fab cut & blow. He listens but also has great suggestions. I used to hop about with hairdressers but continue to go to Will because I haven't been disappointed once and his professionalism shines. I also notice he keeps his eye on the running of the shop, knows what's going on. Good manager. Well done to Will...people are quick to complain, rightfully, but here's a 5* to him 👏

William at Taylors has been my hairdresser for over twelve years. The moment I met him I had full confidence in him (I’d had a terrible experience years ago with another stylist from elsewhere) He’s always professional, gives great style advice and I always get amazing compliments from friends and strangers alike about my cut and colours. He always has a smile on his face a funny story to share and makes my day after every visit. All the other staff at Taylors are friendly and there is a great atmosphere in the salon.

I have been with William for over 13 years and have never left the salon not feeling my best. He has been there through my hair journey from having 10 inchs taken off (charity hair donation), to a trim, giving me a few stylish up dos and a full colour transformation from virgin hair. He is simple the best, warm, welcoming, a great listener, friendly and a great sense of humour. I will be returning to will forever!

Love Will’s energy whenever I am having my hair done. He brightens my day. Also as an indecisive person I trust his judgement and has helped me make the right decisions with styles etc.

I used Taylor’s today for my first Balayage with Will he was absolutely amazing, a very Talented Stylist !!! Loved the colour , cut & style . I’ve walked out there feeling like a new woman . Had so many compliments. A lovely salon with a lovely atmosphere. Thankyou Will

I booked a same day haircut with Bailee. I was made to feel very welcome, from the minute I set foot in there, from the young man who made me a lovely cup of tea, to the friendly young lady who washed my hair . Bailee was very thorough in her consultation, we agreed on my haircut, I wanted to lose some old bleach from the ends but was worried about my bob length as I like it under chin level. Bailee did as I asked, all the time we had a lovely chat. She checked I was happy with the length and offered to take more off once dried if I wanted. As it turned out, I did- but never felt rushed or a nuisance. Great experience. Highly recommend the salon and Bailee- but please leave some appointments for me 🤣

Lovely atmosphere in the salon and free parking in Rayleigh on Sunday. Matt made my hair look so fabulous yesterday. Sunday afternoon well spent!
