My first time here as I was passing by and I wouldn’t recommend this place, as soon as i walked in I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave although i gave it a chance now i wish i had just left, once i left i ended up having to drive further and go to my regular nail salon to have the nails on my hands and feet removed and redone I had mentioned multiple time that the extension on my toes were way to long and the shape and paint work was not great at all the biggest problem was the HYGIENE the tools and station area was not clean and you could tell they was using old nail files that are clearly not changed regularly. no one was wearing gloves which is fine provided you wash your hands between doing a clients feet THEN doing my hands I noticed the staff had a lot of dirt under their own nails hence why the should wear gloves technicians kept swapping over so I had 3 people doing my nails of which each one had different techniques the only good thing is the gentlemen, who kept making jokes he was funny but the older lady was so rude and blunt I hate having to leave reviews. It’s not something I like doing but honestly, this is the worst salon I’ve ever experienced in my life and after all we are paying for a service at least be clean.

Staff very friendly and fit me in for a walk in on a busy morning. The stations however were not cleaned in between clients and same dirty tools were used. Not 100% happy with my nails as the tips weren't flush with the nail on some fingers and the cuticles were left quite messy since they just dremel them off.

Was quoted £30 for one colour infills on phone but was then charged £35. Had to say I wasn't happy a few times with design and ask to rectify it which was awkward and then the end result wasn't what I wanted. The only positive was that the staff was really nice so I am sorry that the end product wasn't good These also lasted 8 days and then three nails came off. I would not recommend this place

Absolutely amazing atmosphere! Fitted me in on a busy day for a walk in, warm and very caring staff loved every second in there! Super quick but yet done to perfection acrylics!🥰 definitely will be a regular from now on!!!

I absolutely love coming to Rayleigh Nail & Spa. I have been coming for a number of years. Kim, Peter & Long are so friendly and welcoming. They do an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone who wants beautiful nails, toes and to just feel refreshed. Nothing is too much for them x

Wish I could give 0 stars. This was my first time getting my nails done here and the staff were very blunt and rude. Had a lady do my nails and she would raise her voice and talk over me when I politely made no more than two requests. As a paying customer am I not allowed to make requests ? For my own nails ? So unprofessional, if you don’t like your job I suggest you try a new one. Made me super uncomfortable. She also applied too much acrylic powder so the nails were bulky. Will not be returning.

Well If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently got my nails done here and after waiting 2 hours to be served after my scheduled appointment, for then my nails done to be done in 10 minutes, wasn’t impressed at all. I left with wonky, different length, and what they call ombré was not what I pictured at all. I called 2 days after my nails were done, and asked for my money back as I wasn’t happy at all, the lady I spoke to was very very rude shouting down the phone at me telling me I am to come back for them to be fixed, but I didn’t even want to return in such a awful place like there shop. She was so rude and shouldn’t talk to her customers like that. I was nothing but understanding that they were under pressure and just asked for a simple refund but she was not impressed. I will never be returning, and if you’re looking to go get your nails done here I would reconsider your choices. Absolutely appalling!!!

Avoid! I've been doing toes and nails my whole life, but this salon is somewhat the worst I've experienced so far. I was new to the area, so was trying them out. Terrible quality of service. No communication, so blunt all the time. No care of duty. Using drills all the time - around cuticles, such delicate area! Also the top of the nail polished by powerful drills, which literally destroys the structure of your nail. Look at the lady's polishing skills on the pic. She didn't even change the gloves when moving from one clients pedicure on to my feet. What?! And then they swap in the middle of the process. Again what?! I didn't see them cleaning the little bath for feet properly after the clients, or tools really! You go to places like this to enjoy yourself and relax, this place didn't offer me any pleasure. Annoyingly deletants, but prices quite high for that level of service! Very unprofessional.
