I really like Lloyd's reviews. He tells it like it is. If a gun has a feature he's not keen on, he says so. None of this "everything we sell is perfect" nonsense.

I purchased a Weihrauch hw97k from The AirGun Centre back in May 2022. I ordered online via the website in the early hours & received a phone call 5 hours later saying there would be a wait of two weeks for the rifle, this is normal, a week or two for a new rifle, particularly a Weihrauch that is not in stock is the accepted norm during the pandemic, as I didn't want second hand, I then received another call two days before delivery letting me know the delivery window, on the day the delivery driver was prompt & professional taking care of the package & viewing photo ID, once the paperwork was sorted the rifle was mine 🙂, the whole experience was smooth & painless & would buy again from TAGC, Thoroughly recommend. Combination Order Great company to order from, from ordering to delivery to communication was spot on. I ordered a combo package and expected it all to arrive individually packaged. Leaving this feedback on behalf of my friend Carlton who haven’t got google account to leave it himself. A terrible product, service, and complete disregard of accountability for the error on the companies behalf. This is what happened; I ordered a £600 air rifle online paid with this company for delivery. The gun turned up both faulty and with a damaged wooden stock. On receipt of this I emailed the airgun centre and a guy call Steve called me. He offered me a replacement stock, I agreed but after a day or 2 the gun was really playing up (faulty) so I emailed Steve to ask is it ok to send it back for a refund NO REPLY. So after a week I used the online return form on they website and returned the gun myself. This is where the really fun started. I emailed Steve before the gun was sent back stating “Please do not refund me to the original payment method. That particular bank account has been closed. I’ve changed banks”. Guess what, good old Steve done refund to the closed bank account disregarding my email stating the account has been shut down. I have been in contact with the airgun centre for a month now on calls because they refuse to answer emails and they could not care less. Honestly they weren’t interested in helping not one little bit and didn’t care about me loosing my £600 in the end my bank refunded me and are taking the transaction up with the company to recoup their losses. Iam so lucky because I would of lost it otherwise. The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life although all the guys on the phone was polite they literally did nothing to resolve their error. I advise anyone to shop elsewhere with a different company.

Like a lot of people don't normally do reviews but on this occasion these boys really do deserve my time. My air rifle had a leak which I bought from them 5 years ago after quick call Steve said bring it down we'll fix it (lifetime guarantee).Expected a turn around of a week, oh no told them I'd travelled 100 miles did it there and then for me no quibbles excellent service and nice people Thanks very much.

Absolutely brilliant experience, ordered a rifle online, easy site to navigate, excellent payment options. It was delivered to my door exactly on time. I bought the kral hi cap jumbo and it's spot on accurate. Will definitely use these guys again.

Took a drive down there today to compare and choose a new rifle. Friendly staff, knowledgeable and after driving back home and putting some lead down a range in the afternoon to zero in the accompanying scope; I am very happy with the choosen rifle so far, a HW97kt
