Excellent service Lovely blinds and all the staff from the person who did the measurements to the person who fitted the blinds were helpful , and did a really excellent job. Would definitely recommend

Came out and measured pretty quickly. Blinds turned up in decent time. However they ordered two of they wrong blinds or received two wrong from the supplier even they weren't sure ! Called the office after the fitter made me aware. No apology nor could I be given anytime frame at all to get them replaced. Promised a call ASAP with information and still nothing a week later. Because of this I've had to hold off moving into my new house by a week. Thankfully I've only paid a deposit.

Absolutely first class, Gemma ,especially, & The company supplied, fitted, our electric blinds, had a small fault ( not their fault) After 4years, still!! Came out sorted it out No charge😱😱. That’s service for you Deserve to do well,, Thanks

Quite simply the best customer service, products, fitting and after care you can find. We ordered shutters for our home from Harmony Blonds and couldn’t be more pleased with them and the service we received. I would definitely recommend.

We have recently had new blinds fitted in our conservatory, these are "perfect fit" and we are so pleased with how they look. Although we had verticals before and were quite happy with them (also supplied and fitted by Harmony) we decided on a change. Martin came and measured and quoted and we went ahead, given these strange times we are living in we were impressed with how our work was carried out, today Steve came and fitted a new vertical blind to our kitchen door and again totally covid safe , and of course it looks good and finishes off the Harmony work in our house. Always happy to tell friends where our blinds come from and will do so again once we can have friends visiting ?? Thanks to Martin,Steve and the "Girls" in the office for all their hard work.

We very recently had a weather related problem with our rather large awning which needed very urgent repair work. Fortunately the team from Harmony responded quickly and professionally to resolve the problems. Very happy with the work they did

Recently had our Shutter blinds fitted by Harmony blinds. So pleased With them, they look amazing. the quality is brilliant. Great company I would highly recommend. Excellent customer service. We were recommended to Harmony Blinds by colleagues and can honestly say we have not been disappointed. No hard sale they tell and show you exactly what you are getting and leave you with your quote. Needless to say we ordered our blinds and they were fitted on time. We had one issue on that one of the panels sent was too small which had to be reordered and took two months to come due to the COVID19 delays. However, it was installed and we can not fault them. We have had them back since to measure up for more windows and again no pressure on the sale. Martin and Jemma are lovely people and I have happily recommended them to a few neighbours and friends as I will be using them again. Well done guys. Hayley

To say we are delighted with our shutters is an understatement. Martin, Richard, Steve and Jemma were marvellous with such a good choice.
