They have stopped safety checking car seats unless you buy the car seat directly from them. Apparently profit is more important than a newborn baby’s life!

I cannot rate this team enough, they were so unbelievable helpful and patient when I called with lots of questions and in no way pressured me to come in. They are so knowledgeable and really made me feel listened to and understood.

My friend recommended the in car safety centre, but sadly I live too far away to visit. I called up and spoke to a very helpful staff member. I explained what I was looking for and she talked me through the best options and suggested two/three seats to look into. This was so useful to talk over as there are so many seats available, it’s an expensive purchase, and most importantly you want to make the safest choice. So talking through with someone so knowledgeable was invaluable. Based on this call I purchased the Axkid Mini2. I’ve installed it tonight and it feels so secure. I am looking forward to my daughter trying it out tomorrow and think she will be both comfortable and safe in this seat for the next 2-3 years. Thank you 😊

Fantastic knowledgeable and helpful staff. They fitted my son's new car seat and assisted with the fit of our spare one. Car safety is so important but it's been tricky to find retailers who are actually well-trained and (after some dodgy advice from another well-known car centre) I'm so relieved I visited this centre.

I emailed with a question about three across the back for my car, they booked an appointment for the next morning. I was met by a very friendly couple of ladies - masked up and appropriately distanced - who checked out my car and my problem and came up with a solution straight away. The isofix extender is exactly what we needed to give the boy who sits in the middle more shoulder room in the back of the car. Quick, simple, friendly and stress free. They also offered some good advice for the next size up car seats, and when to change over, as the little ones grow. Thank you

Really good! Car seats felt overwhelming and a tad daunting (you want your little one to be as safe as possible), but there are so many. And after visiting another store, I just left more confused than ever. A friend recommended this place, so we thought we'd try. The booking of an appointment is ideal, no need to try and track someone down while your little one gets bored or hungry in the shop. There is a safe little play area for them and the shop has a good selection of seats to choose from. By passing on our details beforehand, there was no need to first go through all that, Sharon already knew which seats suited our car. We almost chose a Recaro again (as we have good experiences with the brand), but here they honestly pointed out our twins would prob not last long in this seat as they are above the average percentiles (considering the cost, we are very grateful for the honesty!). Instead we ended up with Britax. Perhaps not as flashy looking, but just as safe. :) On the way home they both looked comfy and happy in them and we know we're sorted for a good while again, feeling safe on any trip we do. :) We will be back for their final seats for sure and will pass on the recommendation to anyone looking for a car seat.
