I've been going to see Hayley for about 6 months now for male intimate waxing. The reason I'm now a regular is simple - getting waxed (especially intimately) is not enjoyable! So having found Hayley, who is highly professional, efficient, and does a great job, I'm glad to have found someone locally who I can trust. Naturally, getting an intimate wax can feel pretty vulnerable, but Hayley's professionalism and friendly conversation definitely makes it very bearable, and I'm always happy with the end the result. Just came home from my first massage at HRM Beauty. It was absolutely incredible. Literally the best massage I've ever had. Hayley is clearly so knowledgeable in her field, targeting specific problem areas to workout knots. I can really feel the difference in my shoulders already. I started to visit HRM Beauty after the first Covid-19 lockdown. As soon as I walked into the salon I was instantly reassured by the clean and professional environment. Hayley the therapist ensured I had the relevant patch test prior to booking in a tint and was very informative about the treatments she would be carrying out. Usually my eyebrows are very red / sensitive after waxing, but due to the technique used, I haven’t experienced this. The lash lift gave great results and I re-booked ASAP once they needed re-doing as I can’t be without them now! Noticed I was getting muscle pain in my legs after increasing my time at the gym. Was recommend a massage by a friend who visited HRM Beauty. Hayley made me very welcome and at easy. Had a deep tissue massage and noticed a difference when leaving and at the gym. Would be visiting again.

Only my 2nd ever massage...and Wow! Worth every penny! Hayley is lovely, welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable! My muscles (in particularly my leg muscles) were sore for two days due to a high intensity workout down the gym...that soreness has now gone! The best massage I have ever had! Hayley is an amazing therapist with a beautiful boutique salon. We booked a mother and daughter day having met Hayley at an event and experienced one of her magical 15 minute massage sessions. She’s very talented, personable and professional. We started the day with a consultation and chat about how the day would work. The morning saw us both enjoy different facials that have left our skin looking fresh, nourished and healthy. A wonderful start! After our first treatments, Hayley laid on a delicious lunch of cold meats, fresh tomato bread, salad and dressings with a champagne glass filled with sparkling apple juice. It looked so pretty and definitely made the whole day feel special. She also left us to spend some much appreciated time alone to enjoy the experience. The afternoon was all about the massages. My Mum wanted a chair massage and was so happy with the sensitivity Hayely used to discern her exact needs and concerns. I then had a 90 minute full body massage booked. I have various back and neck issues and Hayley was very careful to take her time to identify those problem areas both by asking questions, listening to my answers and using hands on diagnostics. Her assessment was absolutely spot on. She is so intuitive and works to your own comfort levels. I have never had such a good massage and will definitely be back for more! It has already transformed my comfort levels and flexibility to a level I never imagined would happen from a massage. A mother and daughter day is such a lovely way to spend a day together. Whilst one was being treated, the other could sit in the relaxing reception area, enjoying the sunshine and refreshments. Spending lunch together was perfect. We both left feeling refreshed, pampered, relaxed and very happy. We will definitely be back! Thank you.
