We are incredibly happy with our new extension (1.3m out, new foundations, new steels, corner bifolds). The team were on time, friendly, hard working, clean and tidy! We liked being informed about what was happening and timings for completion. We particularly liked having different options during the build, such as being able to choose different bricks (reclaimed instead of yellow, anthracite roofing instead of white). Exceptional value for money - we did not go over budget or what was agreed. The team also dealt with Building Regulations, so you don’t have to worry or even be around. Once you sign the dotted line, you can expect to get what you asked for at the end of it. Even for a tough building like a Victorian terrace.
