I've used Gareth and Dan 3 times now in my old and current house. I would recommend them as they are efficient and clean up any mess . I would also point out that they do answer their phones. or come back to you straight away and give you a time for the appointment, which is not always the case with. other businesses.

Highly recommend Gareth and Dan! They installed our new boiler and replaced all of the radiators. Professional service the whole time and were willing to answer any questions we had. They even checked in with us a month later to make sure everything was ok!

Had Dan and Ben round recently to do some work on radiators, Had a radiator moved from one side of the room to another, had an old radiator pipped in and also had a brand new radiator installed to help with the cold weather! These two were both great, nice chaps and really informative and helpful. To top it off also had a boiler service at the end Would 100% recommended for all your plumbing and heating needs!

Used this company Twice now. One 2023 a failed thermostat and again jan 2024 with a boiler fault. Gareth is very quick at responding & fitted me in so quickly especially as we were without heating & hot water. Quality work, friendly, speedy service, trustworthy and reasonable!!!! What more can I say!!! 10/10

Exceptional service! I rang Gareth at 8.30 am last Tuesday morning after experiencing no hot water. He came out that same day after Id finished work, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts 1st thing next day and fitted them following day. Such a nice, professional, helpful guy. I had a Central Heating system installed by an old friend of my son's who turned out to do an absolutely terrible job (I subsequently was taking him to court, but he paid out before attending). Subsequently the guys at PILOT LIGHT were recommended to me. How I wish I had found them in the 1st place. Totally professional, clean workers, nothing too much trouble. An absolute joy to have them doing the re-installation required. CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH.
