One of our favourite places to go! A lovely place for a quiet walk, a kick about or a play with the kids!

A playing field that has plenty of grass for picnics. Plus several play areas fir children. The child play area on the West Side has normal swings and rides, but now includes a zip-line. Nice Park to walk a dog. On the east and south of the park it has access to Grove Woods and beyond to Hockley Woods in the North and Cherry Orchard Park in the east.

Great for kids, but would be better if some ar$es hadn't wrecked some of the equipment..

For what it is, it's pretty well looked after.

Well.. I have just spent over two and a half hours with my lawnmower cutting the grass in order for Rayleigh Girls grassroots football teams to train each Saturday morning. The grass has not been cut in what looks like weeks, let alone months. Come on @rochforddc get this sorted!!

Great memories of the BMX TRACK from the 80s would love to restore it back with another bunch of 40 to 50 something's so we can "get air" off the tabletop

Very muddy, make sure you wear boots. Nice to be out in the fresh air. Lots of open space, woods.
