Lovely hall and venue, very helpful staff who are all friendly and welcoming. Just had a new stage installed to enhance the facilities.

Attended the craft fair on a Saturday morning. A great venue for this type of event. A nice variety of stalls and different crafts with the added bonus of a live singer /guitarist on the stage adding some ambience (she was very good). It was ok while I was there but has the potential of getting over crowded in some parts if many people arrive at the same time, but overall a good event and venue. I will come again 😁👍

This is a great size and location for a community-based space. The downstairs hall area is great for exhibitions and accessibility. Our visit to the centre was for an event upstairs which was a little underwhelming. Dancefloor and seating space with bar for event hire, but it all seemed a little dated and worn. I was also surprised that the only toilets were downstairs by the main entrance, which was difficult for pregnant/less able members of our group.

It wasn't quite what I was expecting. I had thought that we would have theatre seating or similar but it was quite uncomfortable sat on the seats provided for over two hours. Thankfully got there early enough to grab a parking space and after 7 it was free. Bonus!

A much-valued Arts and Events Centre in Rayleigh Town centre. Many activities take place weekly for different age groups. Numerous fairs are held there at various times, as are boxing tournaments. Private hire of either of the 2 halls is available. Parking on site and 2 other car parks nearby.

Great venue for craft fairs. Has huge hall, plenty of toilets and a decent cafe serving hot food and drinks. Set right next to this beautiful windmill (hence the name!). Has convenient accessible doors to the side of the venue, making it easier to 'unload' from the car park. All in all, would thoroughly recommend this well situated venue, which is also very close to the main high street 👍
