Never judge a book by its cover.. Pearl came highly recommended, although I was warned that she could be quite intense and was not for the faint-hearted. As we delved into my situation and discussed the legalities involved, I initially found her advice to be impersonal yet professional as she explained my legal options. However, Pearl then proceeded to offer her overall perspective on my circumstances, and to be honest, it completely blew me away. It may not have been the exact answer I had been seeking, but it was undeniably the best solution for both the situation at hand and the people it impacted. And for that, I will be eternally grateful. I will also add the Pearl overall perspective was expressed with compassion and empathy. The solution she provided wasn't necessarily what I had initially anticipated, and it was not in favour of the legal route that I am sure many others solicitors would have seen as an opportunity. I would highly recommend Pearl and Pearl Bakers, with the advice that just because you dont like what you hear, it does not mean that it is not the best answer. Thank You Pearl.

Awful woman. Rudest person I have met. How she speaks to paying clients the way she does is shocking, confused as to how she still has a business. Would not recommend at all. Very unprofessional.

Pearl Baker is amazing if you want to win your Divorce then she is the women for you. She however, is not for the faint hearted who I might add may not win a successful outcome. Totally recommend her.

Please do not use this woman. She took a significant amount of money off me during the time I used her. Divorce is complicated and stressful, however she added more stress to an already difficult period. She charges you for things you dont even want or need. When I complained that I felt her advice was confusing, she took that as a formal complaint, investigated the 'said complaint' herself then fired me!! The only way I could get my file transferred to another solicitor was to settle an already high bill. I would've made a formal compliant to the ombudsman, but couldn't deal with the additional stress. Moved to a far better solicitor who does not look at a person as a cash machine..

Very intimidating and uncaring. Charged £120 for what was supposed to be a half an hour consultation, gave me 10 minutes of patronising advice and left me more confused than when I arrived. Felt like I'd been mugged!

I went to this woman for legal advice at the worst time of my life. I was met by a horrible, uncaring woman showing zero compassion. She offered no help after realising that my case offered little money for her pocket she used threatening and intimidating behaviour to kick me out of her office. How this woman gets any business is beyond me. She is very unprofessional, avoid her at all costs.

Phoned in with a query and was met with the most awfully rude woman I’ve ever encountered. No idea how they’ve ever stayed in business as she wanted nothing more than to get me off the phone and then hung up on me. Atrocious.
